Hard To Get Las Vegas Shows and Show Ticket Tips:
Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than
three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows),
the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace
Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace is the creation of award-winning Pastry Chef, François Payard, includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room. The chocolate and pastry shops make up the largest area of the Pâtisserie and offer a variety of Chef Payard’s signature desserts, chocolates, sandwiches and pastries – perfect for an upscale, yet casual, meal on the go. Also available in this area are made-to-order crepes, coffee drinks and homemade sorbets and ice-creams.
The dining room provides guests with a more traditional Bistro experience and serves French-inspired breakfast and lunch items such as Croque Monsieur and Eggs Florentine.
