Fiamma Trattoria and Bar

Presenting traditional Italian cuisine in sleek, sexy surroundings, Fiamma Trattoria and Bar has come to Las Vegas straight from SoHo, where they earned the coveted Three Star designation from The New York Times. Cocktails can be enjoyed fireside before or after dinner, but it is the food that is the star. Specialties include Brasato, Branzino, Raviolini and Artisinal Bread.
